Our emergency response and crisis management structure consists of a Crisis Operations Center (COC) with a talented team of operation, planning, logistics, and administration support
specialists. Upon receiving notification of an emergency or other crisis emergency, the on-duty COC Watch Officer (the COC is manned around-the-clock, 365 days a year) immediately
notifies the nearest available Emergency Response Manager (EMR). The EMR assembles a team of 2 or more professionals and dispatches them to site.

Our professionals can reach any destination within the continental United States within 24 hours and anywhere worldwide within 48 -72 hours. Our teams are equipped with a rapidly deployable and mobile communications system to meet the client’s communication and networking
needs -- complete with wireless networking hardware and software, security hardware
and software, portable phones, computers, printers, and fax machines -- that is quickly dispatched to site and/or client’s command post.
