Future Technologies offers a variety of contracts that can be tailored to your specific needs ranging from warranty service and inventory control to full service / maintenance.
Warranty provides equipment repair for a specified time based on the purchase price of the equipment. Warranty contracts cover labor and material, but not emergency repair service or failure response times. Warranty also does not include repairs of physical damage, abuse, and routine preventative maintenance. If you have communication needs that require these types of service, a maintenance contract is recommended.
This contract specifies the level of service, including the response time for critical backbone equipment, preventative maintenance schedules, and the normal working-hours support for terminal equipment.
